Damage of flexible tubing resulted in gas leak and flash fire. Gas leak resulted in a flash fire, caused by a damaged to the rubber tubing which melted over time due to over heating.

The flexible tubing was placed to close to metal underside of hob and was not hung freely in a curved position.
