Gas Supply Regulations

Homeone ensures that all gas heater installations are carried out by EMA Licensed Gas Service Workers (LGSW). Each installation includes:

• Supply and Installation: Providing and installing new gas heaters with PUB-regulated fittings.
• Gas Valve and Stop Valve Replacement: Ensuring all components meet safety standards.
• Pipe Works: Modifying existing piping to comply with PUB regulations.
• Electrical Work: Connecting electric wires to isolators and ensuring protective equipotential bonding.
• Testing and Commissioning: Conducting thorough tests to confirm safety and functionality.
• Certification: Issuing a Certificate of Conformity by an EMA Licensed Gas Service Worker, as required by law.

These steps align with the Public Utilities (Regulated Works and WSI Design Works) Regulations 2018, PUB, and EMA (Gas Supply Regulations).
